Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@iqraperfume.com with your order number and clear images or videos of the product.
Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used perfumes
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
