Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Verification Process

All cancellation requests for damaged products must include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging for verification. Approval is subject to inspection by our support team.

Refund After Cancellation

Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy to the original method of payment.

Non-Cancellable Cases

Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
• Opened or used products
• Damage caused due to customer misuse
• Orders placed during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged)
